Panning Techniques: Slalom Test Car

After take a panning photos while my son playing with his bike, now I try to take some photos with panning technique on the Slalom Test Car competition at Riau Police Departement Office.

I use Canon 1000D Kit with shutter speed 1/30 to take this moment with panning technique.
